RETURNS
The Distinguished Guest will gladly accept returns of unwashed, unused and undamaged merchandise for a full refund within 60 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise.

RETURN AN ITEM
1. Contact us at orders@thedistinguishedguest.com
2. Repack the item securely along with the packing slip
3. Return the item via an insured carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS). All returns must be prepaid, we do not accept COD.

SHIPPING
We are committed to shipping most US orders to arrive within 7-10 business days. Items shipped to Hawaii and Alaska are delivered via USPS. Some oversized or heavy items cannot ship outside the continental US. Please contact us at ​info@thedistinguishedguest.com​​ for additional information.
