This weeks blog post is a customer profile of Barbara Coiffi's stunning one bedroom condo in Newport, Rhode Island. Located in downtown Newport in the old phone company building, built in 1910, this one bedroom loft style condo has 1,932 square feet of living. When guests are not out enjoying everything Newport has to offer, they can unwind, play billiards, shuffleboard, or foosball. This is urban living at its finest and everything you need is just steps away, and if you don't believe it check out Barbara's reviews on AirBnB.
Newport is famous worldwide for its Gilded Age mansions, the America’s Cup yacht race, Cliff Walk and other spectacular seaside lookouts, its authentic colonial buildings, its Newport Jazz and Folk Festivals, and so much more. Named one America's Most Picturesque towns by Forbes Magazine and one of GMA's 10 Most Beautiful Places in America, this New England town offers both spectacular scenery and a vibrant downtown area with great shops and restaurants.
Barbara uses our euroclassique towels, bath amenity kits, rubber ducks, and our personal care kits to welcome her guests:
When I first decided to rent out my place, I knew I needed to set the bar higher in order to compete with all of the other wonderful places you can stay in this beautiful town. I feel the best way to achieve that is to offer little things that make a big difference to a renter. I usually leave a bottle of wine from the local vineyard with a bag of chips and dip along with the items I purchase through TDG.My guests have been quick to mention how they love the bath amenities and intend on looking for full size products for themselves. Even the personal care kit with items you usually forget to pack is a nice touch. The little details like the rubber duck and the hair dryer bag can set your bathroom apart from the competition. It really is the 'little things"!Here's what Barbara's guests are saying:
"Had a fab time in your beautiful Newport. Away from our home in London, U.K. , we felt perfectly at home in your lovely home. The attention to the small details like the little shampoo and soaps, the welcome snacks right down to the little rubber ducky make all the difference. We will be coming back soon!" "Love, love, love the little toiletries, they are better than any from the big name hotels! Thanks!"
